I like both 1 & 2 ... but I think the idea of using the cherry as the bomb is clever. Close but between the two this one appeals more. Mind you I now have several possible favoties
I like this one a lot for the basic logo. It's simple, will reduce well, and the play of the exploding cherry is great. The only thing I'd change is that it feels a little spread out to me, like too much white space there in the middle.
Flipping the "C" would allow the letters to cozy up to each other and still leave room for the cherry bomb, but I'd have to see it to know if that worked for me.
The plunger/detonator reflection always makes me smile.
I agree with ZaZa about spacing.
I'm wondering what it would look like if the C continued to cradle the cherry leaving a "shadow" or black edge along the outside that could overlap the red B a bit.

I like this one better than #2, as it seems less busy. But I agree with Marcia that there's an attraction to having the name spelled out.
